At PureFetch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at purefetchcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at purefetchcontact@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
